GREENWICH, Connecticut. July 6, 2016 — HomeSquare has acquired Home Services Shop. Based in Pleasantville NY with over 5,000 customers, HSS has operated for 15 years as the area’s premier handyman maintenance company- in 2014 the company was named Westchester Magazine’s “Best Handyman.” With this acquisition, HSS customers will be able to enjoy a greater range of home services, including renovations and emergency services. The merged company will provide a broad range of home maintenance and remodeling services to customers in New York and Connecticut. The deal is enthusiastically supported by the management of both companies.
